These terms govern your use of the CouDash app (the "App") provided by MintSoft ("we"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The App is a tool that loads and displays your own affiliate performance data using partner Open API keys you enter yourself. The App is not the official app of any commerce company or affiliate network and has no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship with them.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Use only API keys issued in your own name. You are responsible for keeping your keys safe.
  • Follow the affiliate program's terms and Open API usage policies (including rate limits).
  • Do not reverse engineer or decompile the App, redistribute or sell it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Accuracy of data

The App displays data provided by the Open API and may differ from official reports due to timing or API conditions. Actual payouts follow the affiliate program's official settlement, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on figures in the App.

4. Paid features (CouDash Pro)

  • CouDash Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase you pay for once and keep for life. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charges.
  • New installs can use Pro features free for 7 days. This trial unlocks inside the App without payment details and never converts into a charge.
  • Payments are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play, and refunds follow each store's refund policy.
  • With the same store account, you can unlock Pro on another device using Restore Purchase on the Pro screen.

5. Advertising

The free version shows Google AdMob banner ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ads, and any transaction through an ad is between you and the advertiser.

6. Changes and discontinuation

We may improve or change features, or discontinue some features for unavoidable reasons such as changes to outside API policies. Significant changes will be announced in advance in the App or on this page. Unless caused by our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable when features become unavailable due to outside API changes or outages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App, except for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual property

Rights to the App and its design, code and content belong to us. Product names, company names and trademarks shown in the App belong to their respective owners.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act or the Seoul Central District Court.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post them on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
